Order Processing

  • Weekday Orders: Orders placed before 2 PM IST on weekdays are processed the same day.
  • After Hours: Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email with order details and tracking information once shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:

  • Courier tracking number via email/SMS
  • Direct link to track your shipment
  • Estimated delivery date

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Restrictions

We do NOT ship to:

  • P.O. Box addresses (use physical street address)
  • Military bases / APO addresses
  • Some high-risk countries (as per Indian government regulations)
  • Locations outside our service area (contact us to confirm)

At ISHVANI Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Return Window

You can return or exchange products within 15 days of delivery.

  • Unused and unworn items
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • In resalable condition

❌ Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized/made-to-order items (unless manufacturing defect)
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Items returned after 15 days
  • Undergarments and intimate wear (hygiene reasons)
  • Sale/final sale items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

  • Get Approval: Our team will approve your return and provide a return shipping label (if eligible)
  • Pack Securely: Pack the item in its original packaging
  • Ship It: Attach the return label and drop at the nearest courier partner
  • Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days

  • Ensure the returned item is properly packaged to avoid transit damage
  • Use only the provided return shipping label for proper tracking
  • We are not responsible for items lost in return transit if no tracking is used

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI)
  • Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Partial returns are accepted - refund is processed for returned items only

Exchange Process

  • If you need a different size or color, we can facilitate an exchange
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Customer bears return shipping cost for exchanges (unless defective item)
  • We ship the replacement once we receive the original item

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or wrong items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • We will arrange free pickup and replacement at no cost
  • Refund will be processed if replacement is not available

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible - you can return after delivery

Q: How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order through the link provided or by logging into your account.

Q: What if I'm not home when the delivery arrives?

Couriers typically attempt delivery 1-3 times. You can schedule re-delivery using the tracking link. If delivery fails repeatedly, the package may be returned to us.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes are possible within 24 hours of placing the order (before it ships). Once shipped, address changes cannot be made - you would need to refuse delivery and we'll ship to the corrected address (return shipping charges may apply).

Q: My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

Check with neighbors/building management first. If still not found after 48 hours, contact the courier and us immediately. We'll work with the courier to locate the package or provide a replacement/refund if confirmed lost.

Q: Are there any shipping restrictions?

We don't ship to P.O. Boxes, military bases, or certain restricted countries. Some products may have specific shipping restrictions. International customers are responsible for customs duties.

Q: How long does international shipping take?

Delivery times vary by destination: Zone 1 (7-14 days), Zone 2 (10-18 days), Zone 3 (14-21 days). These are estimates and not guaranteed due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges FAQs

Q: Can I return sale items?

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged. Please check product descriptions for sale item policies.

Q: What if my item doesn't fit?

If the item doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 15 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless it's an exchange due to a defective item.

Q: Can I exchange multiple items from one order?

Yes, you can exchange multiple items. Each item must meet the return eligibility criteria. You can include all items in one return shipment.

Q: How long does a refund take to process?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (5-7 business days), we initiate the refund. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Q: What if I want a refund instead of an exchange?

Both options are available. Simply specify your preference when initiating the return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

For returns due to customer preference (size/fit/color), the customer bears the return shipping cost. For defective, damaged, or wrong items, we provide free return shipping.

Q: Can I return customized/made-to-order items?

Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective custom item.
