Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order:
- Using the tracking link provided in the shipping notification
- By logging into your account on our website and checking order details
- Through the courier partner's website using the tracking ID

Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders of βΉ999 and above. Orders below βΉ999 incur a nominal shipping fee of βΉ59. International shipping charges apply based on destination zone.
Address changes are possible within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn't shipped yet. Once the order is shipped, address changes cannot be made. In that case, you would need to refuse delivery and we can ship to the corrected address (return shipping charges may apply).

First, check with neighbors, family members, or building management. Packages are sometimes left with security or reception. If you still haven't received it after 48 hours from the "delivered" status, contact us immediately at support@ishvanicollections.com with your tracking number and order details. We'll work with the courier to locate your package or provide a replacement/refund if confirmed lost.
P.O. Boxes: Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. A physical street address is required.
International: Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping charges and delivery times vary by country zone. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a hassle-free return policy. You can return or exchange products within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- In resalable condition

- Our team will approve your request and provide a return shipping label (if eligible)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Attach the return label and drop it at the nearest courier
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5β7 business days
- Returns due to customer preference (wrong size/color, change of mind): Customer bears return shipping cost
- Returns due to defects, damage, or wrong item: We provide free return shipping
- Exchanges: Customer pays return shipping unless exchanging a defective item
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (takes 5β7 business days), we initiate the refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take 7β10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Final sale items (clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable") are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged. Regular sale items (discounted but not marked final) are eligible for return under the same policy as full-price items.
Customized or made-to-order items are generally not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective custom item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Sizing & Fit
We recommend referring to our detailed Size Guide page. Take your measurements (bust, waist, hips) over undergarments using a flexible measuring tape and compare with our size chart. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort. For specific product fit questions, contact our support team!
Yes, sizing can vary by product type and fit. Ethnic wear (kurtas, sarees) may follow different sizing conventions than western wear. Each product page includes a specific size guide for that item. We always recommend checking the product's individual size chart before ordering.
Natural fibers like cotton may shrink slightly (1β2%) after the first wash. We recommend following the care instructions on the product label. For cotton garments, washing in cold water and air drying helps minimize shrinkage. Products with special finishes or dry-clean-only tags should be cared for as directed.

Yes! A GST invoice is automatically generated and sent to your email after order confirmation. If you need a duplicate invoice or have specific billing requirements, contact us at support@ishvanicollections.com with your order details.
If your payment fails, the order will not be confirmed. Please try again with a different payment method or check with your bank for any issues. If the problem persists, contact our support team. Common reasons include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or network issues with the payment gateway.
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for select PIN codes. COD availability is shown at checkout. COD orders may require additional verification. For COD returns, refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI). A small COD handling fee may apply on some orders.
Once an order is placed, modifications are limited. Address changes are possible within 24 hours if the order hasn't shipped. For cancellations, we can cancel within 24 hours if the order hasn't been processed. Once shipped, you'll need to return the items after delivery.
